How do I report a problem with an order?

Message us on WhatsApp (+971 50 911 5128) or call the office (+971 4 338 8216) with your order number and the item concerned. Our team will look into it and come back to you.

What is the cut-off for same-day delivery?

Order by 6 AM for same-day delivery, Monday to Saturday. Orders after 6 AM go on the next available business-day route.

When is customer care open?

Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM. We are closed on Sundays and UAE public holidays.

How long does trade account approval take?

Approved within 24 hours (subject to verification).

How can I pay?
