How to make a request
- Email info@addtocart.ae with the subject “Personal data request”.
- State whether you want access, correction, account closure or deletion.
- Include the business name, account email and phone number associated with your record.
- Do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary identity documents by email.
What happens next
We will acknowledge the request, verify that it comes from the relevant person or an authorised representative, and confirm the information needed to proceed. We will respond within applicable legal requirements and explain the outcome.
Information we may need to retain
Deletion is not always immediate or absolute. We may retain limited records required for tax, accounting, order fulfilment, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security or other legal obligations. Where deletion is not available, access may be restricted and the reason explained.
