Quesos El Pastor cheese for pasta, sandwiches and pizza in UAE foodservice kitchens.
Quesos El Pastor is a trade cheese for hotel pastry, sandwich lines, pizza topping and breakfast buffets. Keep it cold, portion cleanly, and rotate by the date on the pack so melt and flavour stay consistent on the pass. Usage • Breakfast plates and omelettes. • Mezze and platter boards. • Pastry fillings where suited. Kitchen notes Keep the cold chain tight. Keep chilled per pack. Wrap tightly after opening to limit drying. Use clean knives. Contains milk — flag allergens. FAQs Room-temp hold? Limit time on the pass; return to chill between rushes. Trade pricing?
