About this release spray

Leuven Luvlex Backtrenn Spray — release spray for cake tins, loaf pans and baking trays — prep for hotel pastry kitchens, bakeries and cafés.

Leuven Luvlex Backtrenn Spray is a soya-oil release spray for greasing tins and trays without a brush. A light mist coats loaf pans, bundt moulds and muffin cups evenly, so bakes turn out cleanly with their edges intact. Made in Jordan for busy bakery and pastry sections. Usage • Loaf, cake and bundt tins. • Muffin and tart trays. • Baking sheets for biscuits and rolls. Kitchen notes Shake well and spray from about 20 cm. A thin coat is enough; pooled oil can fry the base. Keep the nozzle clean so the mist stays fine. Keep the can away from open flames and hot ovens while spraying.
