Yuzu is the fragrant Japanese citrus prized for its peel. Kaneku Yuzu Fresh Cut is prepared and frozen, ready to garnish clear soups, chawanmushi and sashimi, to infuse homemade ponzu and dressings, or to scent desserts such as panna cotta and sorbets. A small amount gives plenty of aroma.
