About this sauce

Otafuku ponzu, a citrus-soy sauce for hot pot dips, gyoza, tataki and dressings.

Otafuku Ponzu is a Japanese citrus and soy sauce, tangy and lighter than plain soy. Serve it as a dip for shabu-shabu and hot pot, gyoza and tempura, spoon it over seared beef or tuna tataki and sashimi, or whisk it with oil for a light salad dressing.
