About this sauce

QING unagi sauce, a thick sweet soy glaze without alcohol, for eel, sushi rolls and yakitori.

QING NEW Unagi Sauce is a thick, sweet soy glaze in the style served with grilled eel, labelled 0% for no alcohol. Brush it over unagi and kabayaki, drizzle it across dragon and volcano rolls, glaze yakitori and salmon, or spoon it over donburi.
