Kikkoman's Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce is a thin, soy-based teriyaki that works both as a marinade before cooking and as a sauce afterwards. Soak chicken thighs, salmon fillets, beef strips or tofu for 30 minutes to a few hours, then grill, pan-fry or bake. For a glossy finish, reduce some fresh sauce in a pan until it coats a spoon and brush it over at the end. It also seasons stir-fried vegetables, noodles and burgers. Never reuse marinade that has touched raw meat unless it is boiled first. Check the label for ingredients and allergens, and refrigerate after opening.
