GGFT green tobiko, 500 g frozen, for sushi rolls, gunkan and canapés.

Green tobiko is flying fish roe coloured green, with a small, crunchy pop. Press it onto the outside of uramaki, spoon it onto gunkan and nigiri, top poke bowls, or garnish canapés. Pair it with red or black tobiko for colour.
