Frozen shucked Japanese oysters from Kunihiro for kaki fry, hot pot, chowder and grilling.

Kunihiro is a Japanese oyster producer from Hiroshima, and these frozen oysters are ready to cook without shucking. Thaw them in the fridge, pat them dry, then coat in flour, egg and panko for kaki fry, add them to nabe hot pots and chowders, or grill and steam them with butter and soy. Cook thoroughly.
