Monin's chai syrup is aromatic with notes of clove and tea and pronounced spice, according to its tasting notes, and Monin positions it for the classic chai latte. Steam it with milk for a quick chai latte, pour it over ice with milk for an iced version, or add a shot of espresso for a dirty chai. It works with oat and almond milk too.
