Monin Chocolate frappé powder: base for chocolate frappés, mocha frappés and soft-serve style desserts. Single 2 kg pack.

Le Frappé de Monin Chocolate is a powder base for frozen drinks and desserts. Monin says it can be used in a slush machine, a soft-serve machine or a blender, so one pack covers both frappés and soft-serve style desserts. A scoop is 30 g according to Monin. Blend with milk and ice for a thick chocolate frappé, or add a shot of espresso for a mocha frappé. It pairs with mint, caramel and hazelnut syrups for flavoured versions. Monin also lists hot chocolate among its uses. This listing is a single 2 kg pack. A drizzle of chocolate sauce inside the cup and a swirl of whipped cream on top finish the drink, and chocolate shavings or cocoa powder complete the look on a busy counter.
